Discription
So, i was inspired to make a stealth camoflage that felt true to the MGS counterpart, which does nothing else than render you almost completely invisible, instead of increasing the sneak skill and whatnot.
It is a fairly simple mod really, good for sneaky characters and players who love the MGS franchise as much as i do.

Location
It is located in the Bomb Storage at Fort Constantine, in the same room as the T-51b, on the floor by the table.
The world model and pipboy image is that of an Holotape.
