Details
=======
Adds an item to the game called an ICEpick that allows you to hack any computer regardless of requirements at the cost of the exp you would have earned had you hacked it yourself

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Fallout 3\Data\
