DON Realism MOD v2.3.1-- A heavy mod for Fallout3 realism and balance

Note: when main quest ended (2 weeks later) , error will occur for Hunger Thirst Sleep module (I guess player will die for 2 weeks no eatting and drinking), disable these mod at that time.

High quality mod, spent me weeks of time, focus on improve the game and better gaming experience.
It combines with several independent modules.
Normal difficult (by PC: to PC is 1:2, same as vanilla¡¯s hard ratio) setting is recommended for this mod.

V2.1.0 update
Add a new ¡°harder level¡± module

V2.0.9 update:
Lower sniper perk bonus
Great increase health and RAD generate/damage rate.

v2.0.7 update:
- Fix a big bug from KSchenk coding in sleep module.
- Slightly enlarge difficulty range, and EXP.

- Slight VATS adjustment, a little harder in VATS.

- slight harder setting for damage by PC and PC damage in VATS.

Core pack module:
- VATS, it cost me a lot of time, now the hit rate is more close to real time.
* Range doubled.
* Actions point now regenerate 25% faster.
* Spread factor increased, distance factor reduced, now accurate weapon fire well in long distance.
* Player just 125% time faster, and take 80% damage during VATS, now Yaoguai and Deathclaw more dangerous.
* Slightly reduce melee teleport range in VATS.
- Damage and spread, weapon condition now less effect the damage, and have some effect of spread.
* Reduce the bonus of iron sight and couch. (to 50% bonus)
* Minor penalty for walking and running. (very minor)
* 1 Strength now increases 1 damage point.
* Sneaking just 25% bonus for range and 200% for melee.
- Weapons, for more balancing gaming.
* Heavy mod, melee now 200% damage, but about 60%-70% speed for melee weapon.
* Slower fire rate for all range weapons (but AI will fire much better, just a bit slower than the player), 1 hand pistol more spread and less action point, two hand rifle more more action point, when you got concentrate perk, pistol will work better.
* Slight reduce weapon and armor degrade rate (about 20%-30% for weapon, 15% for armor).
* Mines now 10% more damage.
* Some huge damage weapon reduce to 60%-70% power (Nuke/CapeMine/Alien), but still deadly if you good at this type of weapons)
* Minor adjustment for some overpowered weapon, by spread or damage (Dartgun, Vengeance, LincolnRifle, Shishkebab, rock-it, about 8% - 10% adjustment)
* Minor adjustment for underpowered weapon, by action point or damage (Chinese pistol, .32 Pistol, minigun, flamer, Powerfist, about 10% - 15% adjustment.
* Slightly increased the scoped weapon range (20%, now slight better in iron sight mode).
* Now kneekcapper a funny gun, most damage shoot and spread.
* If you want find the detail chances for all weapons please use GECK to explore it.
- Chems and drugs:
* All cost 30 action points.
* Stimpak now regenerate 4 seconds, can¡¯t save your ass in very bad situation.
* Steathboy effect reduced, just 5 seconds invisible and 30 seconds sneak bonus to save your ass.
* Psycho double time but -5 action point.
* Morphine (med-X) just 15% DR bonus.
* Jet now -1 PE
- Bullets and projectile, now fire much faster (for gaming still slow than realism).
* About 40% speed increase for low speed projectile
* About 60% - 140% speed increase for bullet; the fastest is .308, and then .32 rifle.
- Headshot and body, now less damage to headshot (1.6667 time)
* Your limb health is great reduced, just about double to normal actor.
* Now your and your companies take the same effect.
- Perks, minor some change:
* Wellrested now +2 action point.
* ParalyzingPalm time reduced to 20 second.
* SolorPowered now regenerate 1 point for 15 second.
* FastMetabolism now 37.5% bonus.
* GrimReaperSprint only restore 50 action points.
* Comprehension now changed to other benefit (too much overpowered)
* IronFist +8 point per rank.
- game setting:
* Bobblehead just give your +5 skill points.
* Mesmetron now only effect of not fully heath actor, chance increased by health condition, for about 50% health the effect will rise to about maximum 120%.
* Caravans now can not be killed.
* Reduce random loot for ammo and chems.
* Your robot just gives you 1 bottle of water.
* Some adjustment for junk weight, and rock-it ammo available.
* Selling price reduced.
- Difficultly and EXP
* Increase level cap to 25 levels (Removed, for DLC3 already 30)
* By Player now 80% - 100% damage.
* To player now 140% - 220% damage.
* Less EXP for killing (48%-52% for different difficulty) and lock picking.
* More EXP for computer hacking.

Health RAD Speed module
- Health
* Your HP and limb regenerate or damage by your Health and RAD condition (RAD is about 66% factor compare to health status), the break-even is 90%.
- RAD
* Your RAD is accumulating 100% per day, from 20 base (20 point per day even you are clean).
- Speed
* Your walking/running speed is affected by your health situation.
* Weapon out run faster, if it¡¯s in wasteland it will increase world speed.
- Fast travel
* Now must work with steathboy.

Power Armor module:
- weight:
* +10 to armor
* + 2 to helmet
- Benefit
* + 30 carry LB for armor
* + 1 DR
* + 10% move speed, compensate the weight penalty and slight faster.
- Penalty
* Dressing cost 65 AP and you will fall to ground

Hunger, thirst and sleep - Heavy mod base on Schenk¡¯s code
- Hunger
* Penalty adjusted.
* When you full you don¡¯t get HP from foods.
* Taking food cost 30X action point to weight.
- Thirst
* Penalty adjusted.
* When you full you don¡¯t get HP from water.
* Take 30 action points for drinking.
* Now Alcohols have 25% of water effect, and +5/+10 action point benefit.
* Vodka¡¯s +10 AP can steak.
- Sleep:
* Penalty adjusted.

Armor Bug Fix. Module:
- Fix a bug that apply armor enhancement many times when trading with followers. (Bethsoft bug)
* The bug seems hide in the core code, my solution is let them reequip own outfit, to avoid the bug.

Harder level Module:
- All skills + 10 at level 1, but will reduce 1 point every level (considering lots of books).
- Only 5 HP per level (considering high DR in late level).
