Instead of starting in Vault 101 and have to endure a long and repetitive character generation - begin in Vault 106 and quickly leave to the wasteland.

The Medicine Bobble-head can be found, on the shelf, in the same place the Science Bobble-head is found, in Vault 106.

To initiate the DLCs fast travel to Vault 101, after leaving Vault 106. (The main quest, Following in his footsteps, begins, as usual after leaving Vault 106.

IDEA BEHIND THE MOD

You begin mysteriously in Vault 106, ideally following the usual beginning of the game - the Player escapes Vault 101, and finds Vault 106, ventures inside and so there you are.

INSTALL

Place the esp file into the Fallout Data Folder. Ensure the mod is then activated within the Data Files.

ISSUES?

This works with the DLCs and should not conflict with any mods - except ones which also change the where you start.
