You'll find this item on the floor near a skeleton in the "Car Dealership" to the east of the Fairfax Ruins. I didn't want to wear the Ghoul Mask anymore so I created this to work like the Lucky 8-Ball (only needs to be in inventory) but with the main effect of the Ghoul Mask.

I might do some aesthetic changes, different pip boy image, perhaps an on screen notifier that you're protected from Ghouls, I'd like to eventually make some small story in the Dealership and create a de facto player home in there, but I'll save that for when I'm on vacation - first time modding here so good luck!
