This is Receding hairline Mod.
Install just like any other mod. Simple. Place the *.dds in the appropriate place and check the *.esp in the Mod manager.
Possible conflicts with other hair/face/eye mods. So, if it's not working, tamper with load order and maybe uncheck existing hair/face/eye mods.
