EDIT: I recieved a PM to include the transcription below. Here it is:
"Gary?"
"Listen, son, I know Morrill was rough on you. I'm sorry, I really am-"
"Gary? Gary?"
"Right. You can drop the act, now. I'm not here to hurt you."
"Gary?"
"<heavy sigh> Look, just remove the PIP-Boy and we can part ways."

"Gary? GARY!"

"You know what? Fuck this. Hand me that saw - and turn off the recorder!"

"Gaaaaaaary.... " *Sound of Saw, followed by loud cry, and then body falling to ground*

-End of Transcription

Definitely changed my mind about the outcasts. I used to just think they were pricks, but after this I shrugged off any karma loss for turning their bases into dust, hope everyone else does too. :)

Note: Seeing as a few people were wondering, I figured I'd explain what the Fallout Wikia says about taking off a pip-boy. Apparently only the wearer of a pip-boy and willingly remove it from their own body, otherwise a skilled technician is required to do the job. Or a bonesaw could always suffice, however, most of the time the wearer will probably not agree to THAT method...

Requirements:
-Fallout 3
-Operation: Anchorage
-FOMM (Optional)

Install:
-Unzip the archive
-Copy the .esp file into your data directory
-Check it off anywhere AFTER Op:A.

Uninstall:
-For safety, make sure your game is saved outside of the Bailey's Crossroads Outpost.
-Uncheck the .esp in the load order
-Delete the file if you want to

</heavy>
