!!NOTE!! I'm pretty certain this mod will only work with a new game, with this activated right from the start. Sorry, I have no control over this.
While I was making my last mod Triple Damage Weapons, I thought of a multitude of extra ways to increase game difficulty in a way that would only affect the player...
This is one of those ways.
By lowering the base healing amount from stimpacks down to 15 from 30, I have made it much harder for the player to stay alive, and give them one more reason to abuse the abilities of stealth.
