The outfit can be found in a jail cell in Germantown Police Headquarters

It consists of four pieces (armor, skirt, necklace and choker). The armor has 2 variations (Boots and High Heels).

It can be repaired using raider armor.

Here is what they are enchanted with. They're just personal preferences that i use...

Armor = +100 carrying weight and +100 to poison resist so you should be immune to poison. I havn't tested this.
Necklace = +2 Charisma
Skirt = +25 fire resist
Choker = +25 speach

(XX = mod index number) You can use Fallout Mod Manager to find out what the mod index number is...

Armor (Boots) = XX000EA6
Armor (High Heels) = XX00294f
Skirt = XX000EA9
Necklace = XX000EA8
Choker = XX000EA7

1. Install Dimon99's Type3 female body replacer

2. Extract the meshes folder, textures folder and Scorpion_Queen_Type3.esp from this file to...
C:/Program Files/Bethesda Softworks/Fallout 3/Data

3. Run Fallout 3, click on "Data Files" and check Scorpion_Queen_Type3.esp
