I made this small mod as I didn't like all the muck floating around in the interior cells.
Changes it just enough to make it more real life in my opinion, old buildings don't realy have masses of floating debris.
One small side benefit I noticed is that it seems to help with the FPS a little bit.
EDIT: As there where comments on FPS savings I have done two extra versions with more stuff removed.
V01, Same as original plus it removes some of the mists, and all the radiation dusts, the mists seems to effect interior and exteriors. Only one thing is where there was layers of mist you may have an odd mist cloud floating on its own, it varies depending on what mists Bethesda used originaly. Post comment on where they are if its a problem and I'll try to tidy those area's manually.
V02, Same as Original plus V01 and with quite a lot of the light beams removed as well. The 'FEEL' of the game is lost a bit I think, but I would guess the FPS savings should be good. let me know if these extra ones help. BW
