This mod changes the death physics in the game in a way that sends enemies backwards with great force when killed. Admittedly, this mod isn't really my cup of tea. However, I'd just put the finishing touches on my "Realistic Death Physics" mod and figured, "What the hell? Might as well upload a mod going in the opposite direction while I'm at it."
To install, simply extract the file to your Fallout 3 Data folder and activate it using Fallout Mod Manager or the Fallout Launcher, and watch your enemies catapult around in agony.
