This is my second mod, so there may be a bug or two that needs to be worked out. However, after several hours of testing with 40+ other mods running, I failed to produce any dismemberments, exploding body parts, gooifications, or disintegrations with a wide variety of weapons from all of the different DLCs.
This mod was achieved with weapon editing, which means that any weapon added to the game with a mod will still be capable of causing dismemberments, etc. For example, Weapon Mod Kits, or FOOK.
