Makes player base hp 0 instead of 100

Its mainly a modders resource.
I made it becouse many ppl still ask how to change base hp.
with this esp u can check yourself what bits i have changed (use fo3edit)
and set it as you wish .
Base hp value is in the same place in every npc_ record .
