This is the great BA_Repair mod (v2.00r) made by Shiholude but without Tin Cans/Bent Tin Cans usuable for repairs.
I haven't changed anything else (to my knowledge at least...) so the repair lists remain the same other than for the Tin Cans.
I did this mostly for myself since I felt like making Tin Cans usuable for repairs made repairing stuff too easy
for my liking as they can be found in such immense numbers. [Also I felt a tiny bit strange fixing up a Plasma Rifle with a rusty tin can.]
This was made even worse by using Shiholude's (fantastic) Wasteland Recycle Machine (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11988)
which gives you additional scrap metal.
All credit for this mod goes to Shiholude, my work was done in 1/2 hour, including finding out what to do.
THE ORIGINAL MOD can be found here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10647
I also included the original readme in the archive.
INSTALLATION is as easy as always: Place the .esp for the DLCs you have in your \Data folder and activate using the launcher or FOMM.

Additional Files:

+The additional "lighter scrap and glue.esp" included in the main archive is a very, very small mod that changes the weight of
Wonderglue to 0.5 and that of Scrap Metal to 0.8 and also changes the ingame name for the latter to "Spare Parts & Scrap Metal".
It doesn't do anything else so it shouldn't interfere with any mod except those that directly change the properties
of those items.
I made this because I already use some mods that make inventory space pretty valuable even without carrying around
truckloads of scrap metal and glue...
---------------
The "Repairable Sheriff Outfit BA_R.esp" (seperate download)
makes Simms' outfit (hat and coat) repairable in the BA_Repair Mod (both versions). It does not change any attributes.
Naturally it needs the BA_Repair Mod to work and is not compatible with other mods changing Simm's outfit.
================
I would also like to recommend rad666a's "Less Effective Repair" mod to be used together with BA_Repair.
This mod can be found here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8884
================
Should you spot anything I messed up, please write it into the comments on the Nexus page.
Made with the Plugin Editor from FOMM and the G.E.C.K.

Thanks first and foremost to Bethesda for making this great game a modder's delicacy.
And thanks of course to Shiholude and all the other modders in the community for their fine work.
