After growing up in Vault the Lone Wanderer never knew the simple joys of childhood. Now he/she will have his/her own Tree House.
To install: Extract the .Rar file into your Fallout 3 data folder. OR Use Fallout Mod Manager to install.

This includes a tree house that has been placed in the Capital Wadteland.
It is located in Andale (not hard to miss).
The house has several shelves, Lockers, Tables, Seats, a Large Bed, and a Bathroom.
Perfect for storage of any items you have collected.
