this mod is a megaton basement which is located next to your megaton house entrance is a drain hole. when you go inside there will be a BADLY TEXTURED LETTER WHICH IS MADE LIKE THIS TO STAND OUT PLEASE PICK THIS UP AND GO TO YOUR NOTES AND READ IT. the 1st room is the entrance room mostly storage, 2nd room is the shooting range, 3rd is the bathroom with another drain hole to the stairwell leading to the sub basement with a new gun there. i made the stairwell about 4 stories down for the dramatic feel lol:)
in the sub-basment there is a alot of ammo and the new gun. there is also a few other things including a bed (located in the entrance room) safe,few models of game related things,sofa,tv unactivated,ham radio,toilets and sinks and lots of storage all located in the sub basement.
