Upgrade of Cker's Private Vault v103 (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5971)

Vault is very near Vault 101 and has it's own map marker
called "Private Vault". The original mod is NOT needed.
Please comment for possible improvements and troubleshooting.

--Upgrades--

1. Improved Interior lighting
2. Vault Security and Vault Caretaker are no longer Ghouls and are wearing Vault clothing.
3. Vault Security and Vault Caretaker have owned beds in Caretakers quarters so they don't use yours.
4. Ammo boxes named fixed.
5. Lots of new signage so you know where your going.
6. Complete spare room overhaul with mini lukebox
7. Chapel cleaned up.
8. Improved Rec room (now Cigar Lounge)
9. Caretaker Terminal moved
10. More storage

This mod is still being worked on and i am hoping to make more great improvements to a already awesome mod (who i give
full credit to Cker for making it)

1. a Lab located downstairs
2. Terminals up and running
