This is a plain simple house mod.
Features:
3 Resettable Bear Traps (static locations, watch yer step)
9 non-respawning containers (nothing overpowered in them)
Mattress
Lights have on/off switch
Fire has on/off switch (next to it... see screens.)
Map Marker with fast travel enabled
