This mod presents a lush garden with interesting vistas around every corner. An impenetrable bramble fence surrounds the garden. You can sit on the rocks at the back yard pool, or relax on benches placed about.
The garden features a well decorated cottage. As a contrast, it is an exact duplicate of an interior from Big Town. The way it is decorated and furnished may make it appear larger, but it is not. It has been navmeshed and companions have no problem beating you getting through the door.
The garden and cottage are located east of Vault 101. There is an active travel marker to easily get you there.

I recommend turning the games grass all the way down in the options menu before arriving at the garden.

There is a workbench with nearby cabinet storage in back. My First Infirmary is in the bathroom, and the Lab Set is on the kitchen counter.
There are idle markers to keep your companion occupied.

The music you hear as you approach the garden and in the cottage is, Johan Sebastian Bach's "Air On The G String", and was performed by the U,S. Air Force Band, and made available free. This was taken from a mod uploaded by gimpusmons with permission for use.
