Vault 258


Storyline...

You travel around into wasteland. You decide to doing waste of time but who know, there might be worth thing to do. Follow the monorail all way to east (to edge of the map) you found a door. You enter that door and found yourself in cave. As you travel into cave you will find a group of people (human) who already have small community there. But no trader, no doctor, They are just a people who work together. help each others. Also you found few people try to tamping the vault control door. You met one of guy who lead the community. He (or She) says This Vault is abandoned and might salvageable. They found record in vault computer says this Vault was completely built but when bomb dropping. The vault door sealing automatic without people being move in. Also he (or she) will ask you to help them with open the vault door. He (or she) told you, there's old abandon backup power somewhere in the cave but their hunter get injury from mole attacked (maybe yao) That they happen to camping around backup power. After you clean out and turn power on. The Vault door being roll out. They looked at vault and saw it's complete dark. They asked you to go in to bring main power and maintain robot back to online. As You enter vault and there is too dark. As you walk around, tried to access sliding door. It wont opened because no power. So you only able to open hatch door. After awhile of exploring you has seen number of inactive robots lay around on the floor. You found a main power reactor. You turn them on... then Power come online. Then you start exploring. You found a Chief engineer office. It have a master control on robot. You turn it on. The robot start stand up from inactive and it greeting you "Thank for reactive us, Overseer" You asked robot "why you called me overseer?" Robot reply "Because you have pipboy on your arm and our sensor show you're only one person inside this vault So you are automatic become Vault 258 Overseer" .....

NPC name Nykus will be user helper (When I knew how do set up) He will just stand there near vault door for now.

Plan:
Complete the map first
Create Quest/Script (I know nothing about script. Hope some of you willing to help out to finish it)

Main Goal in this Mod (Quest):
-Turn backup power from cave to open Vault Gear Door
-Bring Vault 258 to online (find main power and turn on)
-Bring Maintain Robot online (find master control mainframe and turn on)
-Bring community into Vault 258 as new town
-Vault is too big for small group. You start travel around wasteland and find people who look for open their own store (invite them) new store added in the vault. Same for Doctor, Nurse, Science, Teacher, and many others
-Robot will issue people who move in with new vault outfit and pipboy
-New Trade route add
-Some at point reach some number of people. New quest created: The Wasteland start aware of Vault 258. Raider attack Vault. You can upgrade your security by recruit more guard. Install new turret.
-When Vault 258 become aware very well. (200 people or so joined) You might will hear some people say something about vault 258 at megaton, tenpenny, rivet city, etc
-Enclave might will attack to try claim it for their new secure base. Since you blew up their raven. (I'll have to figure out how to make sure enclave wont attack unless already after raven has destroyed)
