100% Traders
This is another massively simple mod. I wanted some (*not all) traders with 100 repair skill so I made this mod. This mod gives only a couple traders 100 repair skill so they can repair you items 100% without ruining the difficulty or mechanics of the game

Add to data Folder and activate in FOMM or Fallout 3 Data Files Menu

Uninstall
Delete From Data Folder
