I changed the main things in the game, like character healths but npc's arent perfect yet. weapons have been modded too. i play with tonnes of mods soo i dont know what this is actually like. power armor makes you pretty darn tough and energy weapons are stronger than rockets because the effect is too awesome to remove and if you're gonna disintegrate, might as well be 1 hit kills. damage is just about right for you and npc's
ok this mod changes hundreds if not thousands of stuff.. doubt ill be able to remember it all but here it goes..
-sneak attacks have no bonus damage
-allweapons do realistic amounts of damage
-knockdowns have been redone
-energy weapons do shit loads of damage
-supermutants have the health of giant muscular people, not just twice that of humans
-radiation is dangerous
-run speed lowered due to enemies running really fast to the northwest/northeast making the game look stupid
-jump height decreased slightly
-i think i accidentally changed xp gain cause i originally wanted to remove leveling
-explosions have been made to match the health and stuff
-limb hits do less (1/5) damage cause you wont die if shot to the leg
-all npcs have been modified
-multiplies weapon health by 10 except melee weaps excluding the super sledge
-other stuff
bugs:
im not sure if it's my mod or one that i downloaded but melee weapons are about 3 times as strong as a 10mm
install:
put the .esp file in your fallout 3 data directory and load it in fomm or your launcher
note. go ingame and type "player.setav health 150"
without the ""
otherwise your health will either be over or under powered
oh yes, i did all my testing with a character with 100 big/smallguns and energyweaps and explosives
