Installation

1)Extract the textures to your Fallout 3/data folder.

2)Use Archive Invalidation Invalidated

1)Delete you Pipboy3000 texture folder in Fallout3/Data

Since this is a simple texture replacement - it should be completely compatible. I suggest if you already have a Pipboy3000 texture folder, that you delete it before extracting this mod.
