Ok
For those who don't know Brooke started Fallout 3 life as a player character for me. Then I made her into a companion and now she can be a lone wanderer just like the player.
NEW VERSION UPLOADED
Version 5 is now uploaded and includes the following changes
* For people who wish she can now be used in the game even if you are using the Companion mod.
* Improved house , next to Silver's in Springvale
* Improved AI and scripting (with the help of NosRhyfelwr of RR Companions Mod and pkleiss and incedibly helpful member of Bethesda's Forum who helped with a new mod I was working on for another Lone wanderer and I used his help here for Brooke) also Bonedog another bethesda forum member.
* I've added some dialogue options that differ if the character has good or evil karma. She has a gift for those of good character.
* Added more AI packages so now she rests on certain days and travels the others.
In this mod Brooke is just like you, a lone wanderer (well not actually alone as she has a companion of her own! but you know what I mean!)
She wanders the wasteland completely seperately from the player, you may well bump into her from time to time. She gets around. From East to West you could bump into her anywhere
I'll probably do more with her if this version becomes as popular or more popular than the Companion version I made

People do seem to like her look!
No other mods necessary, no DLC's necessary. She has all her own patrol markers so doesn't interfere with anything in the game so shouldn't be any conflicts.

Got rid of a conflict caused by her Greeting dialogue option
Added alternative option for players playing as a male character (Previously Brooke assumed everyone was female!)
Added an option for the player if he/she doesn't want to be friendly (Karma penalty)
