Fallout 3: E = mcScared
Build v4.0a – Gold release
February 21, 2010
Team Fox
Stuart Jones
Daniel Allen
Sterling Dellinger
Mark Wolfensberger (mwpeck)
Story:
No stranger to the scattering of vaults littering the landscape, the hero comes to find himself at the door of Vault 88. Survivors? None. Weapons? Loaded. Time Machine? Whoops! Accidentally activated, a time machine pops the hero back in time on the trail of an evil mad scientist bent on taking over the world by enslaving the citizens of Vault 88
Game Mod Description:
E = mcScared is a stand-alone modification to the popular Fallout 3 game designed by Bethesda Softworks. The mod was created using the Garden of Eden Creation Kit (v1.5), incorporating various tools, as outlined in the Technical Design Document. The mod runs, and has been tested with, Fallout 3 (v1.7), running on Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating Systems.
The mod performs as a “side quest” to the player, meaning the content is optional to play and doesn’t alter the plotline of the main story arc in any way. The purpose of most Fallout 3 mods, including official Downloadable Content (DLC) is to provide more game play experience to the player, beyond the official content, that provides more time in the game with extra benefits such as new monsters to fight, or extra equipment for the player to use during, and after completion of, the mod.
Team Fox has worked hard to provide fans to Fallout 3 a mod that stays true to the theme of Fallout 3, while providing a new challenge with a fun twist that will be sure to add a brand new level of fun to the traditional Fallout 3 experience. Enjoy!
Please either endorse or not endorse EMC mod so that we can know if it is a good mod or not. For either choice please put a description on why it is or why it is not, so that we have an understanding of how to create better MODs in the future.
Conflicts/Incompatibilities:
-This mod adds a schematic to the workbench, and therefore is not completely compatible with other mods which modify the default in-game workbench.
