DISCLAIMER:
I am NOT a communist. ;) The idea behind this mod was originally to have a Soviet version, and an American version of the same mod, just small changes. Unfortunately I can't find decent American sound files, so I'll have to release that version later.

*NOTE*:
The Point Lookout DLC is REQUIRED for this mod to function.
More quests will be added to this BASE idea/storyline later-on, along with the ability to travel and fire warheads. If I get good responses from this that is.
The Lack of uploaded pictures is to keep the mod a surprise until you're playing it. ;)

Description:
Upon loading the Game with the .esp file checked off, the quest "There She Blows" will be added. If you can help the Crew; You get your own submarine, Yay!

To Install:
1. Un-rar the archive.
2. Put the .esp file into the "Data" Folder of your "Fallout3" directory.
3. Drag the "Sound" folder into your "Data" folder.
4. Check off the mod in the launcher, Enjoy!
