This is a possible fix for people who get CTD when they set binvalidateolderfiles=1 in the fallout.ini
I uploaded this because people who had this problem were previously told that "-ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! will set bInvalidateOlderFiles to 1, on some computers setting bInvalidateOlderFiles to 1 in Fallout 3's ini will cause the game to crash on startup, at the moment it is unknown why this happens and there is no solution yet, unfortunatly you'll have to do without ANY modified original content since bInvalidateOlderFiles needs to be set to 1 to use any."
This is not necessarily true as I have been able to fix this problem on my system
