A simple mod that gets rid of radio static when listening to the radio stations. Listen to wasteland radio in crystal clear quality!
Install
==============
Place the Sound folder into your "\Fallout 3\Data\" folder. Follow the instructions listed below.
Add the following line to ArchiveInvalidation.txt (found in your Fallout 3 folder):
sound/fx/ui/radio/ui_radio_static_lp.wav
*IMPORTANT*
You must go into your FALLOUT.ini (located in "*yourdrive*:\Documents and Settings\*yourname*\My Documents\My Games\Fallout3"), and change this line:
"bInvalidateOlderFiles=0"
to this:
"bInvalidateOlderFiles=1"
*VISTA USERS*
Change the line as shown above, but your .ini is located in
*YOUR DRIVE*:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\My Games\Fallout3
Uninstall

Delete the "sound" folder from your DATA folder. If you have other sound enhancements, go to "sound/fx/ui/radio" and delete the ui_radio_static_lp.wav file.
