Remove perception penalties.
For some reasons, sometimes only perception modifier remain after mod disabled. Other status are okay.

Global Flag RIACTIFlag
If you do not want to have configure object, set this global value to 0.
From console: Set RIACTIFlag to 0

Fix recovery rate issue. Change Endurance refering function to GetPermAV function.
Bug detail: With (EN)% recovery option, if PC has some endurance penalty, GetAV may return minus value. Under that condition sleep cause additional damage.

Description:
============
RI_Sleep changes sleep effects. You can choose health recovery, limbs recovery, and Well Rested Park condition.

Configuration:
==============
When you first time loaded this mod, Config Menu will popup after 30 seconds (may vary). However, if PC is in a Combat mode, Menu popup defer to after combat.

Health Recovery:
- Preset 1: Always recover to max (Same as Vanilla)
- Preset 2: Recover (Endurance)% of Health per 1 hour sleep
- Preset 3: No health recovery

Limbs Recovery
- Preset 1: Always recover to max (Same as Vanilla)
- Preset 2: Recover (Endurance)% of conditions per 1 hour sleep except crippled limbs
- Preset 3: No limbs recovery

Well Rested Perk
- Preset 1: 12 hours Well Rested effect no matter how long you slept. (Same as Vanilla)
- Preset 2: 12 hours Well Rested effect if PC slept over 6 hours.
- Preset 3: No Well Rested effect

* If you want to re-initialized, disable this esp from Fallout 3 Launcher or FOMM. Then save without this mod. After re-enable this mod again, configuration menu will popup again.
* Or open console, and type: "ResetQuest xx000800" (no need quotes)
"xx" depends on load order, if you load this mod first, "xx" should be "01".

Install:
========
1. Copy RI_Sleep.esp to (install folder)\fallout 3\Data\
2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall:
==========
1. Use [RI Sleep Config] in your AID tab.
2. Clieck "Uninstall RI_Sleep"
3. Save current progress then exit game
4. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
5. Delete the .esp file from \Fallout 3\Data\

This mod will conflict with any other mod which changes sleep behaviors. (like HTS type mods)
