Faster growing up v0.9.2

I made this mod because of the boring factor you get when you want to try another character build.
Bethesda doesn't allow to skip the tutorial... Not anymore!
You must start a new FO3 game to see the effect.
This mod skips all the tutorial from your birth until you are woken up by Amata.
Game now takes you directly into the character creation menus until you are 19.
You don't need to overwrite your video folder with empty bink files anymore ;)
This mod only affects the start of the game scripts so it should be compatible with all other mods.
This mod is intended for people who have played the tutorial already. Of course you could just save before exiting the vault but in case you haven't done so or you want to take another aproach before leaving the vault, this mod is for you.
I just moved this mod to another category as suggested. ;)
After reported incompatibilities with other mods I released version 0.9.2 to address these problems.
Changes: Completely removed scripts from 1-16 years and added some minor changes to your start up. If the problems remains then I suggest you load my mod last or remove mine or the other incompatible mod.
