Deep below Springvale this vault has laid undisturbed for years, until you stumble upon it one fine, radioactive day.
a perfect home away from home, with all the amenities!

Note: companions may have a hard time navigating VM-001's hallowed halls and it is suggested that you keep the vault all to your self.

The entrance is a power station by the watertower in Sprinvale. (make sure to check the cash register by the cave entrance.)
just drop wanderershideaway.esp into your data folder, and make sure you check the box when loading the datafiles/fomm.
