This is one of my early released mods. It's nowhere near perfect and may have some errors that were pretty common during the time of this mods conception. I won't continue to patch or add to this mod. Thanks!
DETAILS
This mod adds a new personal vault to fallout 3 located in a new damaged house located in Minefield.
There is be a manhole under a blast door activated by a near by switch.
This vault includes,
-Every room has working light switches!
-A bathroom with a working shower, toilets, sinks and shaving/hairstyle changer by the mirrors.
-A diner with a vending machine (ice cold...) and jukebox, benches and bar stools,a pool table etc.
-A overseer room with dynamic terminal along with a door that leads to the generator room and a secret!
-A storage room with very specific storage for misc items and lots of storage for weapons along with a safe connected to a drop safe near the entrance.
-A shooting range in the storage room
-A workbench in the storage room right by misc supplies
-Overseers terminal that locks front door.
-a drop safe that is on the top level which when items are put in, it removes them and puts them in the safe in the storage room just for quick storage when on the go
-A bedroom with a dog house, aquarium, nice bed, a workbench in a bar, several decorations, a mini neighborhood display, an aquarium and lots of storage.
-Basement has generator and secret door
-A clinic where you can edit your appearance/sex if you activate the surgery table and here is the science kit and infirmary as well.
-A pantry in the upstairs. Already stocked, and will always appear stocked even when empty.
-Wine Racks and a new awesome bar.
-Lots of nuka cola decor!
-Everything from the megaton house
-Every room has a working light switch!
-Plenty of activators and animations, containers and more!
-Secret Fail safe room which is fully scripted, puts you into a virtual world which you can escape from and live in other virtual life's as a raider or just have a virtual shooting gallery with infinite ammo and more!!! This area is fully scripted so moving from test to test feels so realistic as well as leaving. Similar to tranquility lane.
Here there is a shooting range where you can spawn enemies and a boss battling room as well as a life where you can play as a raider.
This is truly an excellent add-on. This is a great home which I even use now. Includes everything you need and more.
REQUIREMENTS+INTSALLATION
You dont need script extender, but it helps for other mods.

You NEED to read the installation notes on these files to know how to properly install them, when I first started I made many mistakes.
STEPS TO INSTALL (Obsolete)
1. You must use WinRAR or 7zip to open my file.
2. Place the folder inside that says DATA into your Fallout 3 Directory and it will ask you to merge the DATA folders together. Say Yes.
3. Run "Fallout Mod Manager" (This will be how you start Fallout 3 from now on. So make sure you put it on the desktop.)
4. You should see a list of all your mods in your Fallout 3 Data folder.
5. Make sure all .esm files are at the top of the list. Make sure Official .esm are at the top like Fallout3.esm and Official DLC. Fallout3.esm is always at the top. An .esm is a Master file. Place the Cotozic'sVaultHome.esm at the bottom of the .esm/Master files.
6. Make sure all .esp files are below the .esm files. These are called "Plug-in" files which change Master files when activated. Place my Cotozic'sVaultHomeGlobalPatch.esp at the top or near the top of all the .esp files which if your new, you wont have any other .esp files. You want to place mods like mine at the top of the .esps because Overhaul mods that change a lot of things need to be placed at the bottom. With .esms, overhauls go under the official add-on by Bethesda.
7. Make sure to check mark the box next to both the "Cotozic'sVaultHome.esm" and the "Cotozic'sVaultHomeGlobalPatch.esp."
8. Now click the Launch FOSE button to play Fallout 3.
