You can buy Cooking Pot, Exotic Cooking pot, Recipes and some ingredients from Moira Brown in Megaton for know. I'm thinking about some recipe researching function, some as rewards in future but not sure now, may be there even will be quest when G.E.C.K. will be finally released. You'll need sanitizer to cook anything because it's useless to cook radiated food. To cook exotic recipes you'll need Way Of Fruit perk which can be taken after level 10 there are five exotic recipes wich will give you great 5 minutes buffs without addiction effect, but you still need ingredients remember ;).
Everything is being cooked for 3 hours, yours science and medicine skill will decide how to multiply cooked amount.
