UPDATED.

A new file is uploaded named New Dawn Storage, This is the file you want to download, it contains a new area, and I changed the lighting in the rest of the facility.

I've left the original file up just incase anyone wants only the living area of the complex.

Mr. Lesile,
The construction of the new connecting line from Jury Street to Marigold Station was moving a head as planned, but something unexpected happened. During boring of the new tunnel the dig team happened upon something very strange. I think it is imperative that you come down here and see this.

Allen,
Since visiting the site and seeing first hand what happened, and what is down there, I have decided to contact Geodyne Research and allow them to set up some equipment in the caverns. You can expect to see them within the week. I want the site closed, and the names of all men on that dig team, and anyone else working that shift. The military is also very curious in what we have found down there, just a heads up.

Details:

An abandoned research complex deep underground at Jury Street Metro. Fast travel to the Metro Station and look for a manhole opening next to the entrance. Inside you will find a small piece of an even larger complex. This was made originally as a request, and I admit I let my imagination run amuck with this one.

The complex is old and decaying, but what in the wasteland isn't. Though it is dark and rotting it still holds a bit of warmth and cozyness, and what all wastelanders covet, safety. The complex is suspended from the cavern floor via metal supports and wires, and has windows looking out into a dark gloomy cave, where you can also see more of the complex, and some equipment.
