It has a bed, Purified water fountain, Fire barrels, PLENTY of storage, infirmary, workbench, and a re-spawning toolbox with everything you
need to make a jerry-rigged gun!

I think we all know how to install Mods, but...
1: Unzip
2: Copy .Esp into :installdir:\fallout 3\data
3: Activate sing FOMM/ Fallout 3 Launcher.
Simple :)

NOTE: The pictures made in the GECK are slightly outdated.
There is actually Storage. No in game photos as of yet, But I assure you it has been Tested!
