this is my first mod so it will be a little bit "rubbish" for all the experinced modders out there. will need megaton house key to get in or just activate the console and click on the gate and type unlock. if you are having trouble finding the place probally can be seen from overview outside vault 101. has sandbags and wooden walls around the complex. features a :

metro bench
first aid box

sink
citedel armoury terminal
and a few guns
the faster 10mm on the shelf will not have ammo but i set npc's to use ammo.
