This is a small and simple mod.
It will add some portable light ball.
You can grab them and throw them out the window.
Install
=========
Extract the archive with an actual version of 7zip.
Copy Lights.esp and textures folder to your Data folder.
Uninstall
=========
Delete Lights.esp and textures\interface\icons\pipboyimages\items\items_lights.dds
