This is my first house mod. It puts a small shack south-west of Vault 101. It's surrounded by a rather large formation of rocks to give the feeling of protection. It's filled with all the basic stuff but still pretty empty. I think I'll continue to work on it in the future but for now it's staying as it is.
Let me know if there are any bugs and tell me your ideas on how to improve this mod.
To install just unzip the .esp file to your Fallout 3\Data directory and check the box in your FOMM or data files when you launch the game
