1. What it does?
================

Changes the lab table functionality to make more sense. And made it a lot more interesting to use it. Instead of creating a random compound, you can now change exacly what you want to make. However, there's a catch. You need recipes in order to create items and to get the recipes (most of them anyway) you need to reverse engineer first. Meaning that if you want to make mentats, you first need to reverse engineer mentats with the lab locker to get the recipe. (new item you need to buy from moira or lydia) After that you can create mentats IF you got the proper chemicals. These chemicals can be obtained by decomposing certain items in your Lab Locker. You can check the bottom of the readme to see what item converts into what chemical(s). Another option you have is to turn dirty water into purified water and this purified water into boiled water. Boiled water is used as an ingredient for some items. Turning dirty water into purified water might get you an isotope, which is a component for another item.

To properly use the lab table you need to have enough skill in either science or medicine. Purifying water and creating meds requere you to have enough medicine skill, while creating drugs will require science skill. Also, you need more skill to create a stimpak then you need for radx. The same rule goes for drugs. Buffout is easy, requiring only a skill of 20, while ultrajet requeres you to have a skill of 95. While you can get many recipes simply by reverse engineering there are a couple recipes you need to buy or "aquire". (Voodoo and super stimpack most importantly ) Check at the bottom of the readme for the skill levels required to create your items.

Detoxify is now always available, however you will need components to use it, just as you need them for creating items. So no more freeby detox.

If you don't have an option available in your lab table menu, you either lack the skill, items or recipes. If you dont have any meds recipes for example, no "create meds" button will show up. If you dont have any dirty water or purified water in your inventory, no water options will be there.

The same rule applies for the terminal, it will only show you the options you have at a given time. The "reverse engineer" button wont show up if you dont have 5 items in the locker, or if you already have the associated recipe. Meaning that if you already have the recipe for buffout, and you put 5 buffout in the locker, no reverse engineering option will appear.

Also, a help book will be added on top of the lab table ingame that will give you a note with some more details on how it all works.

The short:
- Special button added "X" Hold down to rebind.
- Use X to corrode locks with acid, fill empty bottles and push people around
- Create weapons from syringes
- New lab item "Lab Mixing Bottles"
- ANY chemicals are expected to be in the "Chemical Locker" Not in your own inventory. (keep this in mind)

The Long:
I added special features to the mod that can only be done with FOSE, hence you need it now to run the mod. I bound a special "intelligent" key that will allow you to do a special function depending on what is under the crosshair. ATM this key is bound to "X". When you look at locked door or container you can use this key and try to open it with acid. (more on this below) If you look at a water source (sink, toilet, hydrant) and press the button you can refill an empty bottle. (empty water bottle or empty cola bottle) When you are unseen by a certain actor i.e sneaking and unseen you can do a special attack with syringes (more below) It doesn't matter if other characters see you, just as long as the actor you are attacking doesn't see you, though hostile creatures will alert each other, so this is usefull for NPC's. If you have no weapon out, you can push NPC's out of your way, but be aware! This will lower theior disposition towards you. And when it's low enough they will attack you. So use with caution. (It's more for fun anyway, then anything else. ;))

Drink water and you'll drop empty bottles, then refill the bottles with water to use them again. Use the special "X" key to refill them at water sources.

Using morphine or heroin will drop an empty syringe. (needed for filling)

Added "Lab Mixing Bottles", with these you can do special things ... fun things.
- You can extract poison from radscorpion glands. The potency of this poison depends on your science skill and a tiny bit of luck. The higher your skill the easier it will be to get high grade poison. Though you can never get poison above your skill. Meaning that with a science between 25 and 50 you can only get Weak poison, between 75 and 99 you can get strong poison and only when science is 100, you are able to extract very strong poison. Poison range from very weak, weak, average, strong and very strong. Just like normal fallout 3 skill levels.
- You can refine your acids. Your science skill will cap the potency of the acids. (same levels as poison) Thus, with science below 25 you can only make weak acid, at science 100 you can make very strong acid. Creating weak acid only requieres 1 other acid of the same type, strong acid requieres 5. so, to create strong acid you need 5 Acetic acids OR 5 Citric Acid OR ... etc.
- Create different kinds of drugs that you cna fill syringes with. Make an anesthetic to knock out your oponents, make neuromuscular blockers that will make your foe stumble and fall and make him/her clumsy. Make catalyst, which is ultra nasty. This substance will make your oponents molecules vibrate untill your foe will literally blow up. Nasty!
- You can use the mixing bottles to fill empty syringes. This way you can turn them into weapons, filling them with acid or poison for example. When filling a syringe, the strongest poison or acid in your possession will be used first to fill a syringe.

One cool thing you can do with syringes is using them with the special button while sneaking and undetected to score an instant syringe crit effect on that character.
When you used an acid or poison syringe this crit effect will stagger the enemy while damaging his/her health over time. NPC's below 100 health will be instantly killed after 10 seconds, while others will receive substancial damage after this time. So these syringes can be potent weapons.
Anesthetic syringes can be used to knock out oponents for a few seconds. When you score a critical hit they will be unconcious a lot faster and longer. The best part about these syringes though, is that when you use them with the special attack, you can instantly knock down npc's ... even better ... This wont automaticly make them hostile. If they like you enough (their disposition) you can get away with this. For example lucas simms after saving megaton, you can drug him several times before he will actualy go hostile on you. So ... knock em down .. and steal em blind. :)
Usualy though, this wont work on unnamed characters, their disposition towards you is usualy so low it will instantly aggro them.
Use the muscle relaxer (neuromuscular blocker) to make your foes clumsy. They will stumble and fall and drop their weapons.
Or use the ultra nasty catalyst syringe.

To create any of the drugs you need a certain skill in science. So dont expect to be able to create catalyst if your science skill is very low.

The refined acid will have another use as well. When looking at a locked door/container you can use the special button to bring up a menu. You can then attempt to corrode the lock and have it opened. Only very strong acid can be used on very hard locks, strong acid and very strong acid can be used on strong locks, etc, etc. Success is not garanteed and the stronger acid you use, the bigger the chance on success is. Thus, using very strong acid on a very easy lock will open it more easely then using average acid on an average lock. BEWARE! Opening a lock in this manner is considered a crime and will alert nearby NPC's that will attack you. So make sure you are unseen. Also at night you're chances increase as well. (the detection range will be lower)

Try to use the special button on NPC's for added fun. BUT save before you do ... you may regret it. ;)

At any time you may rebind the special button. By default it's set to "X", but you can rebind it. Just hold down the special button for about 4 seconds and you get a message on screen telling you that you can rebind the key.

Redone the lab locker - lab terminal interaction. The terminal will now have full control over the cooldown. Hopefully this will prevent some issues with cooldown.

I added a new terminal to the house, so it's possible your locker will need some seconds to reappear if you already bought it. For me it took about 10 - 15 seconds or so.

Problems with the locker staying locked should be fixed. From what i found out it did this only when deconstructing with certain items in the locker.
