Adds a Small Outpost In the North east corner of the wastelands. It has a map marker, Gun and Armor storage, a fridge, a First aid kit, a box for storage and a radio tuned to GNR. It also has 200 caps, some recon armor, a scoped magnum, some ammo and stimpacks. Oh and it also has Balloons and a Garden gnome. I know you want it now :)

NOTES=========================================================
This is my first mod EVER so please be nice :P
I "Attempted" to test it (with companions and stuff) and it worked fine. No Guarantees though.
Galaxy News Radio will not be in range untill you complete the GNR quest.
There are some Mirelurks/Mirelurk Hunters (depending on diffuclty... i think) nearby so watch out if your a low level)

UPDATE======================================================
V1.2 - I started again completely (because i think i screwed up with editing the containers). It now has one general storage box instead of the two footlockers, a safe, a parts storage safe and a workbench. I also fixed my East/West mixup in the description D:

INSTALL=====================================================
Step 1 - Unzip and Copy the .Esp file into you Fallout\Data Folder.
Step 2 - Check the box in your Fallout 3 Launcher or FOMM.
Step 3 - The outpost is west of The Republic Of Dave. You should get a map marker. :D

UNINSTALL===================================================
Step 1 - Delete the .Esp
Step 2 - Be sad :( or happy that you got rid of my horrible mod :)

LEGAL?======================================================
Well since i didnt really make any of the meshes/textures feel free to do whatever.

THANKS======================================================
Bethesda Softworks for making an awesome game and the G.E.C.K.
Myself for not giving up half way through because of my lazyness.
