Whilst I was looking on the fallout nexus, I realised somthing. Every single house was a vault, be it a small hideout or a huge palace. This is a bit differant. I grabbed a UFO play fort, enlarged it, and put in some furniture. The result is a small player house just outside Springvale school.
Note-the NUKA COLA machine, fridge and footlocker next to the frige are NOT SAFE to put items in.
