Personal Vault by mentalstampede

This is a player home located in the basement of a destroyed house SE of Arefu. It is fully Navmeshed and optimized, and features A working Nuka Cola Machine, Bobblehead Stand, Laboratory, Infirmary, Well-resting bed, its own worldmap marker, and lots and lots of storage space.

It has been extensively tested using the base game, but when it comes to the expansions, you're on your own. All basegame NPC companions will enter and function normally while inside.

Initial access to the vault portion requires an average skill lockpick or terminal hack, or alternatively, finding the holodisk I've hidden with the password. It is still usable as a player home before the door is unlocked, it is just considerably less luxurious...

One other thing: The Jukebox and radios do work and they are set to GNR. Because of the location of this home they will not pick up signal until the GNR quest to put the dish on the monument has been accomplished.
