Hum, did you mod it in the geck yourself or is it a composition of different mods? If it's the latter, could I please know which ones?

  It's Samsara ENB with a bunch of texture packs. NMC, Ojo Bueno, UHQ Terrain, I'm not sure which textures are which. Trees are from Vurt's Flora Overhaul dead edition. No geck involved.
