About this image
It was mid-spring when Red-Eye arrived at the Duchy of Sardis, known in old Mississippi for its lake resort. Or course the lake was as irradiated as any other source of water, but it lacked the nasty mutations usually seen elsewhere, thanks to the efforts of the resort's caretakers.
Deciding to take a break from her travels, she decided to check into the place and get some well-deserved relaxation. The resident tailor had a selection of sun-bathing clothing (which suspiciously looked like swimwear) that gave her an idea: she always enjoyed the feeling on the sun as she walked, why not do so as she rested. After being fitted, she found herself a spot to lay down.
It was not long before she started sunning herself, a shadow came over her. "Are you the one called Red-Eye?" a definitely masculine voice asked.
Red-Eye propped herself up and made sure her gun was still at her side. "Who wants to know?"
"My Lady, the Duchess of Sardis, commands your presence!"
She looked up and saw the man wore a servant's outfit. "She's not my lady, pal," she replied, tightening her grip around the revolver. "If she wants my presence, she needs to send someone with more manners."
The servant was undeterred by her words. "You have two hours to see to her! Do so and you'll be well well rewarded! Fail and I'll kill you myself!"
Red-Eye made doubly sure he had to limp back to his mistress.

Love Red-Eye's air of indifference with the hat still down over her eyes.
No, no don't hit him again. Just let him limp back. It'll hurt most
LOL at that knee caps quote btw
Still walking, eh? Hit him again then!
@BlackRampage: "Shepard, doesn't the Bible say something against killin'?"
"Yes, but its pretty vague on knee caps."
Hmmm this is a nice twist. I wonder who the "mistress" is.
He had to limp back to his mistress? Shot him in the knee?
