Adds the Winter Warriors custom trait for when you are making a custom race. Basically weakens the race during summer and gives them huge buffs during winter. Stats are as follows:
+10 to all resources(food,production,dust,science,influence) per worker during winter
-2 to all resources(food,production,dust,science,influence) per work during summer
Increases movement rate by 12 during winter, reduces by 2 during summer.
Increases sight by 5 during winter, reduces by 1 during summer.
Increases city ownership recovery rate by 50% during winter.
Increases unit regen in owned regions during winter by 30% and in non owned regions by 20% during winter.
Increases all unit stats(attack,damage,defence,initiative,health) by 50% during winter and reduces by 20% during summer.
Not sure how to make customrace affinitys and stuff like that yet so i made the trait cost 55 then you can turn any race into the winter warriors!
