Download reshade from here. https://reshade.me/

install into your eso.exe folder location. typically Zenimaxonline/elderscrollsonline/game/client.

Choose direct x 10 option( middle option )

hit yes to install all effects.


Then download our file from nexus page, and place file in the same Zenimaxonline/elderscrollsonline/game/client folder.

Run game. Press shift + F2 on login screen and follow quick guide. on drop down bar load the Eso Morrowind graphics Upgrade ini.

press shift+F2 to close window

The (,) key should activate/deactivate the effect (if for some reason it does not reopen the reshade manager window and click on settings then toggle effect key and set comma as your toggle button. 

Please adjust your gamma accordingly, it will probably have to be lowered for most players
