Ceanos Flares (repack)

This mod makes the two different flares to actually be useful in the game.
You have two options to chose from...
2.5 & 5 Minutes - The ordinary flare burns for 2.5 minutes and Zaid's flare burns for 5 minutes.
5 & 7 Minutes - The ordinary flare burns for 5 minutes and Zaid's flare for 7 minutes.
The damage duration i have changed so it now matches the burning time off the flare, and the
damage range is increased to 8 from 4.5
Real life flares burns for 15 to 30 minutes so this is not to exaggerate.

Installation
--------------
1) 
Installation is done via placing the '[version]\Data3.pak' file into the "...Steam\Steamapps\Dying Light\DW" folder, or opening an existing Data3.pak file there that has other mods in it and adding/merging the '[version\Files To Merge Into An Existing Modified Data3.pak File\data' folder into an existing Data3.pak file as long as the file does not already exist.
