Reduces focus on single stat when hull increases;
Total amount of stats gained increased;

Hull increase sometimes feels like a punishment; Mainly due to it being a stat sink; This alleviates some of the pain;
Total gained bonus points amount is larger, but slight focus is lost;
Each race still gets the most amount of points to its vanilla area of focus;
