What it does
Removes the cloak from the Scholar's Cape armor piece, leaving only the cape. It's a better match than the original for my Shorter Scholar's Coat, and it looks better in general.
Installation
Copy the .arc file into the "DDDA\nativePC\rom\eq\a_acc" folder. Make a backup copy of the original game .arc, in case you want to switch back.
Limitations
Female only, for now.
