YOU DO NOT NEED A MOD TO REMOVE THE OUTLINE AROUND SOLAS'S (OR ANY OTHER CHARACTERS') EYEBROWS.
TURN ON MSAA IN THE GRAPHICS SETTINGS AND THE EYEBROW OUTLINES WILL DISAPPEAR.

I will leave this mod up to spread the word to anyone looking for a solution to the eyebrow problem. Or anyone that can't (or doesn't want) to use MSAA.
Solas Texture Tweak
A tweak to Solas's face texture that removes the weird outline around his eyebrows. Also removes the random patch of hair that was on one temple.
If you've also noticed the eyebrow problem with Sera, then I recommend Sera Freckled and Tweaks by zalunaya. It fixes the eyebrow outline on Sera and has some other nice options.
Installation
Install (and uninstall) with DAI Mod Manager.

GIMP DDS Plugin
DAI Modding Tool v1.31
